    How much more or less for a 2/2, high floor unit with bay views?

    Henry – Well the developer raised his prices back after the one week sale. So I would suspect on the developer inventory about $260/ft for water view. Which would put you about $325,000-$380,000 for a water view unit. Resale inventory is a bit all over the place as some of the units have been upgraded.
